Masonry Remediation,
Plymouth South Middle School.The project consists of removing and replacing 26,000 sq ft of exterior brick, air barrier and insulation. CMC is acting as the general contractor and is overseeing the removal and replacement of the windows and louvers. CMC will also be overseeing some roofing and HVAC work. The total value of the contract for all of the work is $2,650,000.
