Walter Zaverucha is a construction management professional with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate construction and development, financing, contract negotiations, lease management, and large work force management. Walter is President/Owner of Commercial Masonry Corporation which he founded in 1986 after several years of working in field operations. Commercial Masonry Corporation has grown into one of the area’s finest, most highly respected masonry companies and has a proven track record of successfully and efficiently completing projects on time and on budget with the highest quality standards in the industry. Walter has extensive experience of successful collaboration with architects, engineers, owners, and developers and interior design professionals. He is proficient in all aspects of commercial construction and project management. Walter is a dynamic, take-charge executive with a proven track record of exceptional problem solving. He has a reputation for bringing creative, results-producing business solutions to a broad range of issues from construction design to tenant occupancy. Under Walter’s direction, Commercial Masonry Corporation has constructed a multitude of multi-million dollar masonry projects throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Walter is directly involved with all of Commercial Masonry’s projects including project management, estimating, material sourcing, and field operations. In addition to his ongoing role at Commercial Masonry, Walter has successfully developed several real estate properties in southeastern Massachusetts where he was responsible for all aspects of project development from land acquisition, permitting, and construction through to tenant occupancy. Walter currently owns and manages over 100,000 square feet of commercial real estate. This experience gives Walter the unique ability to understand the needs of property owner and developers. Walter holds a MA Construction Supervisor’s license #CS 002896, MA Class A Commercial Drivers License, MA Hoisting Engineer License, and a Commercial Pilot Single Engine Land and Sea License (Instrument Rating). He is currently enrolled in Boston University’s Center for Professional Development Program where he is participating in their Real Estate Studies Program. He also attended UMass where he majored in Business. Walter is a past president of the Mason Contractors Association of MA and Past Treasurer of Duxbury’s Lacrosse Boosters. He currently serves as Trustee on the Board for Bridgewater Savings Bank. Walter and his wife, Susan, reside in Duxbury with their four children.


Robert (Bob) Montagna has over 25 years of experience as a general contractor and specialty sub-contractor.  He has experience in new construction, waterproofing and the restoration and preservation of existing buildings. Bob works closely with architects, engineers, and building owners to assist in the design of preventative waterproofing systems and practical, cost effective methods to restore and preserve concrete, masonry and historical buildings. In addition to Bob’s involvement with the architectural and engineering community, he plays a major role at Commercial Masonry in the review of prospective projects, estimating, project management, and customer service. Bob is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.  He has been involved in various safety and confined space courses and holds the OSHA 30 hour construction safety certificate.  Bob has attended several of the leading manufacturer’s seminars including Sika, Tremco, W. R. Grace, Henry, Conproco, BASF, Neogard, Emseal, and Cathedral Stone. Bob plays an important role in providing high quality service to our customers. He does a remarkable job developing proactive plans, innovative cost-saving ideas, and practical solutions to meet or exceed our customers’ needs. Mark Lareau has worked in the commercial construction industry for over 30 years, the first few in Baltimore, where he grew up.  After graduating from Princeton University in 1979 with a degree in Civil Engineering, he began work for Manganaro Corp., was transferred to Boston and has worked for both general contractors and subcontractors as a project manager and estimator.   Mark lives in Cotuit, MA with his wife, Keri and has two children, Patrick 27 and Kelsey 23. He enjoys golf and playing basketball.

accountingKerin Connor has over 20 years of accounting experience in the construction industry. She started in payables and contract administration then moved towards payroll and job costing. Kerin has worked with over 15 unions in New England. Industries include heavy highway, power plant construction and maintenance, and now masonry and waterproofing. She grew up locally in Plymouth and still resides in the area.
