Commercial Masonry

Robert (Bob) Montagna has over 25 years of experience as a general contractor and specialty sub-contractor.  He has experience in new construction, waterproofing and the restoration and preservation of existing buildings.

Bob works closely with architects, engineers, and building owners to assist in the design of preventative waterproofing systems and practical, cost effective methods to restore and preserve concrete, masonry and historical buildings.  

In addition to Bob’s involvement with the architectural and engineering community, he plays a major role at Commercial Masonry in the review of prospective projects, estimating, project management, and customer service.

Bob is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.  He has been involved in various safety and confined space courses and holds the OSHA 30 hour construction safety certificate.  Bob has attended several of the leading manufacturer’s seminars including Sika, Tremco, W. R. Grace, Henry, Conproco, BASF, Neogard, Emseal, and Cathedral Stone.

Bob plays an important role in providing high quality service to our customers. He does a remarkable job developing proactive plans, innovative cost-saving ideas, and practical solutions to meet or exceed our customers’ needs. Bob lives in Attleboro, MA with his wife Cherrie. They have three children, Robert III, 26, Michael, 24, and Matthew, 22.
