Mark Lareau
Mark has worked in the commercial construction industry for over 30 years, the first few in Baltimore, where he grew up. After graduating from Princeton University in 1979 with a degree in Civil Engineering, he began work for Manganaro Corp., was transferred to Boston and has worked for both general contractors and subcontractors as a project manager and estimator. Mark lives in Cotuit, MA with his wife, Keri and has two children, Patrick 27 and Kelsey 23.

Gerri Presby
Gerri has over 25 years experience in the accounting field. She is responsible for all aspects of construction accounting for our company and oversees daily office activities. Gerri lives in Halifax with Grant, her husband of 28 years, 17 year old daughter, Melissa and 5 year old black lab, Strider. Gerri enjoys walking, biking, reading, cooking, photogrqaphy, and crocheting. She is a fan of Boston sports teams, especially the Patriots. Gerri has volunteered at Halifax Elementary School and Our Lady of the Lake Church. She also participates in community fund raising events.
Brandon Rizzo
Brandon is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology where he is currently in his senior year. He is interning here for a second time, having previously been employed from December to May 2011. Brandon has always been employed within the construction industry and in the past has worked for an HVAC contractor and a residential builder. In 2006, he traveled to Mississippi where he participated in the Habitat for Humanity program in areas affected by Hurricane Katrina. He currently holds memberships in the Construction Management Association of America, Wentworth Construction Management Club, and will soon be OSHA 30-hour certified. When not working or concentrating on his studies, Brandon can be found on the local waters of Plymouth fishing or at one of the many golf courses in the area. He currently resides in Rocky Nook in Kingston, MA.
Kendra Cudhea
Kendra has over 15 years experience in accounting and office management. She is a graduate of Cape Cod Community College. Kendra and her husband Bernie live in Bourne with their son Brendan and nephew Nakea. Kendra mostly enjoys traveling throughout New England with her family to watch her son play basketball year round. When at home, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with friends and family.
